Baby, it’s All Right now… Kiss The Frog to design and develop the official website for iconic rock legends, Free.
It’s the year for legends. Earlier this year we launched the official website for The Kinks, and more recently, the official website for the relaunch of The Who’s Quadrophenia. Next in line – the website for Free – the band that kickstarted Paul Rodgers’ career.
Referred to by Rolling Stone as “British hard rock pioneers”, Free was famed for its sensational live shows and non-stop touring. When Fire And Water was released – which featured the massive hit “All Right Now” – Free secured a place at the huge Isle of Wight Festival in 1970, playing to 600,000 people!
By the early 1970s, Free was one of the biggest-selling British blues-rock groups; by the time the band dissolved in 1973, they had sold more than 20 million albums around the world and had played more than 700 arena and festival concerts.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be pouring love into the design and build of Free’s official website for our pals down at Universal Music to inspire an interactive site filled with loads of resources for fans and exciting news about an upcoming release.
Watch this space – in the meantime, watch Free perform one of the most iconic blues-rock songs of all time at the massive Isle Of Wight Festival, 1970:
