Existing Kiss the Frog client and successful photographer, Katarina Malmström Brown required an online brand repositioning as her career has progressed at a rapid rate in recent times, working with brands such as ELLE, Peroni, Grand Designs, Bonnier and several Swedish and international publications.

With this in mind, her existing photography portfolio site was no longer sufficient from a marketing perspective, nor from an SEO angle. It is important now that her business receives the maximum audience reach potential so we created a bespoke Wordpress theme which was synonymous with photography whilst at the same time had a commercial feel to it.

Martha, a successful film-maker and sister to well known British actors Joseph & Ralph Fiennes, has entrusted Kiss the Frog to bring her online presence to life in a way that will allow users and companies to digitally experience the innovative product at a glance before taking the next step of introducing it as a new marketing tool for their brands and lifestyles.

Martha says, “I am excited about working with Anthony – the marketing of this product requires a very creative vision and I could see that shine through from Anthony’s ideas right from the outset.”

Martha Fiennes has directed two feature films, Onegin and Chromophobia. Her directorial debut, Onegin, was an adaptation of the Alexander Pushkin’s verse novel Eugene Onegin, which starred her brother Ralph in the title role. The film won much praise and she won the Best Director Award at the Tokyo Film Festival and the Best Newcomer Award at the London Film Critic’s Circle. Following Onegin, Martha wrote her second feature film, Chromophobia – an original multi-stranded drama which comprised an all start case (featuring brother Ralph, Penelope Cruz, Kristin Scott-Thomas, Sir Ian Holm and Ben Chaplin) and closed the 2005 Cannes Film Festival. She has also directed TV commercials in both the UK and the USA.

FutureSense’s third website, Inspire (Volunteering Abroad) has gone live. Their most challenging brand proposition has been translated into a very comprehensive and interactive website which allows users to find the exact volunteering programme based on their interests, skillsets and other criteria – offering the user a real sense of “personalisation” when contemplating a career break and life experience.

There has been rigorous competitor and technology research on this particular brand to offer the user both a highly informative and interactive site and balancing this with a simple structure to ensure a pleasing and non-invasive online experience.

Fully content managed using Wordpress, Inspire (Volunteering Abroad) utilises a number of optimisation techniques which FutureSense have expressed as being key to their rise in the gap year/career break travel market.

Inspire Volunteering is committed to providing meaningful volunteer work that contributes to worthy causes across the world. They strive to support underprivileged communities by offering responsible, ethical and eco-friendly voluntary work for individuals and groups wanting to make a difference on a career break or gap year abroad. They work closely with non-government organisations, charities and other community based organisations to identify development issues in overseas communities and to coordinate effective volunteer programmes to address these in a sustainable way.

Kiss the Frog are now in development of their fourth and final brand, Travelling to Teach, with expected completion by the end of this month.

Well it’s here and yes, we’re well excited. Exactly one year ago today, Kiss the Frog was born and it has been a great year on many levels! As tough as it has been through challenging times, it has proven significantly beneficial to laying the foundations of dedication, endeavour and innovation to get us to where we are today. They say the first year in business is always the hardest – true – but the challenges we were faced with has given us a solid base and vision to grow the business in a direction that will benefit both ourselves and we believe, the industry.

The surprise has been the expansion of our core products, from mobile application development through to copywriting and a diverse range of photography. This has helped us enormously in being able to assist our clients with a range of services that otherwise would need to be outsourced, thereby being able to provide a complete solution.

We couldn’t have done it without our loyal clients, the likes of Universal Music, Cross Digital, Cloud Nine to name a few – and this has given us a springboard where we have been fortunate enough to secure work with professional organisations such as Serviced Office Group plc, FutureSense, Soda Pictures, The Bank and Fine English Company Ltd. So from me, a personal heartfelt thank you for your loyalty and appreciation for the services we have been able to offer you. It’s been great working with you all, and I look forward to even more exciting times going forward.

On a personal note, it’s been a very enjoyable ride thus far – networking, learning, pushing the boundaries, long hours but most of all, acquiring the right balance that allows the creativity to flow. Earlier this year, Kiss the Frog were approached by specialist investment property company, Serviced Office Group plc to completely redesign and redevelop their existing online web presence. This included a complete overhaul of their existing website along with additional solutions such as photography of their numerous sites across the UK and copywriting – offering a full service solution. The aim was to create a more vibrant and dynamic website and to ensure a more streamlined user experience through means of a simplified site architecture, various interaction points and a modern appearance. Coupled with this was the ability for total self management by the client.

After several meetings and rigorous research, we supplied concepts that were embraced as having the sought after qualities both on a visual and developmental level. In conjunction with this, the online (and offline) presence required more attractive imagery to complement the new look, which involved us taking professional photographs of their locations across London and the South East. These photographs were subsequently utilised on the new website along with investor reports and other offline material.

Kiss the Frog have delivered the second of a series of promotional websites for Soda Pictures’ upcoming releases – in this instance for legendary director Francis Ford Coppola’s latest masterpiece, Tetro.

One of the most famous movie directors in the world, Francis Ford Coppola, returns to the big screen with Tetro, dubbed his most personal film to date; a bittersweet story of two brothers, played by Vincent Gallo and newcomer Alden Ehrenreich, about the conflicts and secrets within a highly creative Argentine-Italian family. Sexy and sultry, Tetro is the latest classic from the creator of the some of the most celebrated films of the last 40 years including The Godfather trilogy the Academy Award winning Apocalypse Now.

The film premieres in the UK on the 25th June at a wide range of cinemas nationwide.

Earlier in the year, we were commissioned to redesign, rebrand and redevelop FutureSense’s main website along with its sub-brand sites. This is an ongoing project with the first of the sites having gone live on Monday 7th June. The design process involved synergising the brands by taking a templated visual approach in order to strengthen the parent brand and establish an overall consistent journey for their target audiences. The first site – the Foundation – has been launched and development has commenced on the next installment, Challenges Abroad, aimed at adventure travel for volunteers and groups.

The FutureSense Foundation is a charity registered in the UK (Charity No. 1132101) that supports community development in some of the poorest regions of the world. We partner and work with over 100 non-profit organisations to support volunteer work across four continents. Our charity work targets education, child welfare and livelihoods as a means to address a range of development issues.
