Branding – it’s never been more important than now!

Brands can protect their reputation by ensuring consumer experience matches expectations. New research shows which sectors are getting it right – and which have harsh lessons to learn.

“I can’t get no satisfaction” may be the famous opening line of a Rolling Stones classic anthem, but for marketers it’s the worst thing they could hear about their brand. Making sure customers are satisfied is one of the pillars of business success and maintaining a good reputation.

Yet research conducted by Ipsos MORI for customer management specialist Vertex has revealed that a worrying number of business sectors are failing to convince consumers that their custom is well deserved.
