Musicians and competitions – Kiss The Frog build incentive mechanisms for Aerosmith and a mass of R&B artists
Once again, our friends at Universal, down in sunny Kensington have thrown some big names our way, none moreso than the biggest selling American rock band ever, Aerosmith. Combining with the ultra sexy Agent Provocateur, a competition mechanism was needed to promote their latest compilation, Tough Love – Best of the Ballads. which includes massive hits such as Cryin’, I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing and Love In An Elevator. Social sharing, video ads, competition mechanism and retailer calls to action were key, and this presence is being promoted via email marketing along with rich media online display ads.
This is off the back of last week’s R&B Summer Collection which featured an incentive to win Wireless Festival tickets to see The Black Eyed Peas as well as tons of other memorabilia from Tinchy Stryder, Taio Cruz and Nelly Furtado. A similar mechanism required, high on visuals and intensely promoting the competitions.
